Kate is an experienced human resources professional who has provided consulting and human resource management and development services to blue chip Australian and global Fortune 500 companies for over 15 years. Since moving to Zurich in 2007, Kate has successfully started her own business, Latitude Consulting, and co-founded The Swiss Collaboration – and in the process has become a World-Class Juggler of children and work.

Claudia Mahler As a PR professional, spouse and mother, Claudia had been living between Berlin and New York for over 15 years before moving to Zurich in 2009. New in Switzerland, a call for action was needed, so she started her PR & Brand Consulting business in Zurich in September, 2010. With clients in the travel, fashion and consumer goods areas, she is step by step getting to know her new home turf, and is thoroughly energized by being back in the work force!
Libby O'Loghlin A professional writer, editor and producer of content, Libby moved with her family to Zurich in 2007. She could only speak 12 words of German. Tired of trying to sustain her creative urges by running up and down mountains, she co-founded Nuance Words in 2010, launched The Woolf literary e-zine, and joined the soon-to-be Powerhouse gals to garner a bit of professional support and a cheer-squad. Her German is not too bad these days, as long as you can put up with a bit of creative license.

Susan Platt Susan is a multilingual generalist with a focus on business advisory, communication and webXpertise. In the past she has worked for and with start-ups, multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations, law firms and advertising agencies among others. She is currently employed as a senior manager in the corporate consulting sector. Susan is a Swiss native, but considers herself a world citizen.
Camilla has worked in marketing communications in the B2B financial industry for 15 years – at first based in her native New Zealand, followed by 10 years in London. Looking after kids and adjusting to life in Switzerland are keeping her busy, but she loves being able to keep up with the professional side of her life and is thrilled to be part of the Powerhouse team.
Angela (Angie) Weinberger Angie lived and worked in Germany, the UK, India and Australia before moving to Zurich in 2009. She has worked in Human Resources and Global Mobility for over 15 years, and is known as a Global Mobility Expert. She has founded her own company, Global People Transitions GmbH, where she offers her global mobility expertise, executive coaching and intercultural training. |
